I’m a 20-something newlywed who’s love of cooking, baking, decorating and my husband combine on this blog to provide me with a memory of our wedding planning process and now an update for our family and friends on our lives today.

I love hosting events, trying new recipes, following different blogs that provide lots of inspiration and using those to work on building our house into a home. I love weddings and everything associated with them. I hope to someday cross every state in the US off my “traveled to” list as well as many countries abroad. I love to make lists and check things off said lists.

My husband makes me laugh, a lot. He loves like no one else I’ve ever known and has the biggest heart. He could probably solve all the world’s problems if given the opportunity and is a huge lover of anything involved sports, especially soccer and college football and basketball.
